Region 2 Championship Show Entry Form

ENTRY FEES: $50 PER DAY or $90 FOR BOTH DAYS

EARLY BIRD ENTRY FEE SPECIAL

Showers will not have to send actual horse list, just the entry money. Horse lists will need to be received no later than November 1.

Incentive Program: Entrants names will be placed in a "hat" and a winner drawn for each incentive date program.

Entries received by: August 1 - Winner will receive $100 gas card.

Entries received by: September 15: Winner will receive $75 gas card.

PERMANENT SHOWER NUMBERS: As your entries are received we will be issuing you a PERMANENT SHOWER NUMBER. If you have a preference as to what number you would like to have you need to tell us this number when you mail in your entry. It will be on a first come, first served basis.

Entries for this year's show are being changed: They will be $50 a day or $90 for 2 days (no extra fees for extra horses) (no limit on number of horses, they just have to be qualified). Entry fees to be paid in full at time of entering. Any PayPal payments will be charged an extra $5 to cover those fees. PayPal entries can be made to: harranch@earthlink.net. All checks and MO's are to be made out to Region 2 Championship Show (please do not make out to Patt).

Anyone paying for 2 days will automatically get a full table. Those entering for only 1 day will be assigned a half table. If you have an extra large stable for one day you can order a full table for an additional $10. Performance showers will automatically get a full table.

The room we will be in this year is where we were in 2005 and is a bit smaller than where we've been the past two years. This room will hold 44 shower tables (this does not count the award tables/judge's table/etc), so entries will be accepted on a first-come-first served basis.

Your registration is not complete until you sign this release form.. If you are under 18, please have your parent or guardian sign. I hereby release the event coordinators, judges, helpers, and all employees of the Visalia Convention Center, as well as the facility management and catering management, of any liability for any personal injury, property damage or loss that may occur during the course of the event. I further understand that all judges' decisions are final, and I agree not to hold any judge or member of the event staff liable for any decision or judgment which is made in the course of the event. I have read the and understood the rules of Region 2 Championship Show, 2008, and agree to abide by these rules. I understand that if these rules are violated, I may be asked to leave the class or event at any time with NO REFUNDS!!!!

*Please keep in mind that no outside food is allowed in Visalia Center so please consider ordering one of the following lunches being offered. While we do not need your specific order at this time, the lunches are listed below so that you may know whether to include payment for lunch.

Box Lunch: Hoagie Sandwich (Turkey, ham, roast beef or vegetarian) - Potato salad - Fresh fruit - chips & dessert and a drink.
Picnic Lunch: Fried or Roasted Chicken - potato salad, fresh fruit, roll w/butter and cookie, and a drink
Specialty Salads: Chicken Caesar salad, roll w/butter and cookie or Cobb salad, roll w/butter and cookie.
